slow infantry slog

The weather conditions make this one a slow slog, provided the Russian player falls back. The VP are balanced such that the German player will have trouble reaching them despite dominating the field.

Not sure about it being properly tested, you can do absolutely nothing as the Soviet player if the German player does not make any major mistake...you have no chance reaching any of the objectives on time due to the poor weather and the enemy..

There was some negative feedback on this scenario. However, there are a few nuances that make this scenario more enjoyable and exciting than first thought. The German player must play an excellent defense -strategically withdraw and keep his units from being surrounded. However, the German player must also guard against any Russian armor units advancing through the defense lines. If the Russian player can get armor and other mobile units through the enemy lines, it may prove decisive. Excellent German defense tactics coupled with a Russian player who knows how to concentrate his armor and effectively utilize morale D infantry units can make for an interesting game!
