The scenario was very entertaining and I felt it recreates the historical battle quite well. The only problem is that victory points are counted in a way that makes it almost impossible for the allied side to win.

A bloody affair for the French. Only holding the rivers in the beginning do they have a chance. Once the Germans get clear, they iso-kill all the French who still sit fixed and useless until too late in the game.

If you want to practice moving motorized units through rough terrain, building bridges and crossing rivers this scenario would be very useful.
Suggestions: Pay attention to the location of victory hexes and their value.
Also make sure you garrison the ones you take. You could get burned I did
