I struggled trying to reduce isolated bunkers in the middle of the battle, which forced me to bypass them which tied down badly needed troops to carry the advance forward. I could have used more mobile formations, but that's the case in every battle, isn't it. I'm slowly learning how to play as Russians and I thought this a very good test to if I've learned anything. I love the Russian artillery and find Russian air assets a complete waste. I would not fly a single sortie had I to do it over again and save some points. I'm not sure if we had the rules set entirely properly, but I thought it very competitive with excellent attack/counter-attack opportunities for both sides.
