Valencia 25-6 December 1811 - Variant scenario using gun sections, 10 minute turns and an alternative pdt. After defeating Blake at Saguntum, Suchet needed to wait for reinforcements and instructions from Napoleon before advancing on Valencia. This delay gave Blake time to strengthen the city's defenses in preparation for the inevitable assault, but he made the mistake of badly over-extending his forces. In fact, it might have been better for the Spaniards if they'd attempted to get away before being forced back into the city and trapped. Historically, only a small portion of the Spanish army managed to avoid the encirclement.
