Sorauren 30 July 1813: Allied Counter-Attack - Variant scenario using gun sections, 10 minute turns and an alternative pdt. Having failed to break through the Allied line to relieve Pampeluna on 28 July, Soult made the foolish decision to conduct a night march across the enemy front with the intention of getting his army between Wellington and Graham and forcing the latter to abandon the siege of San Sebastian. However, Maucune's troops lost their way in the dark and failed to relieve Conroux's division at Sorauren by dawn. Meanwhile, Foy only reached Iroz by 5am and Lamartiniere's division had barely moved from Zabaldica.
