The Rangers had secured the Point Salines Airfield and the True Blue Campus of the St. Georges Medical School. They dug in on the surrounding hills and waited for the Airborne troopers who would relieve them. Little did they know that the Grenadians had not quite quit the fight.
The Motorized Company was the cream of the Grenadian Army. It was organized on the Soviet model and used BTR-60s for transport. The BTRs had shown their effectiveness in seizing Fort Rupert from Maurice Bishop and his followers, but how would they fare against a well armed and trained foe. The Grenadians were about to find out as at 1530 hours they launched an attack against the east end of the airfield.
Note - The Grenadian forces in this scenario have been increased from the historical for playability purposes.
