Very interesting map, but for the USSR side is easier to achieve a victory at the careful and attentive relation to game.

Interesting scenario, but i think the axis player is at disadvantage in this scenario. I was able to pull a total victory even if 2 out of my 6 T34s got immobilized before reaching the front lines.

The terrain and general concept of this scenario are excellent. However, the force composition and VPs really detract from the battle as they favour the Soviet attacker too much. The following changes would improve the battle overall IMHO by providing more options for both sides and balancing the battle:

1) FORCES - Reduce from 6 to 4 x T34s but add two platoons of tank riders (they are all understrength so this is not as great as one would think). At the same time, increase German infantry by 50%.

2) VPs - Delete Soviet touch objective and change Soviet VPs to 80% for holding ground and 20% for destruction of German forces. German VPs remain 100% for destruction of Soviet forces.

First of all, the map in this battle is top notch. Well done to the designer. But the balance is way off, as is the VP scoring system. I wholeheartedly agree with Stonecutters assessment of force composition and VP adjustment.
Currently there is a problem with the battle VP scoring algorithm that requires immediate work. T-34s are worth 500 points to the German for eliminating them. I eliminated three (which is half the number), yet was given only 128 VPs when it should have been 250. There may be other issues with points for eliminating infantry, but honestly I didn't check as it wasn't as obvious.
A great map with a good idea...just some balance tinkering to be done

This is a great battle. While the Russians have limited crossing points, the Germans are slightly outgunned.
