The objective areas are too big I think. Great for the defender, but takes an unnecessary amount of time to clear them as the Germans.
A great battle with tons of tanks and huge spaces to manoeuvre. The Germans have a few more tanks and their crews and the Panthers are superior to the T34-85s but this is offset but some Soviet ATGs and some extra infantry. Overall, a fun and exciting battle from start to finish.
An excellent map and scenario with a good balance of forces on both sides. It does seem to favour the German side somewhat owing to both Panther superiority vs the T34-85 and the disorganized nature of the initial Russian deployment. If the Russians were able to deploy all of their initial forces and the German side replaced a couple Panthers with Mk IVs, the battle would be more equal.
Well done map with plenty of places to hide and maneuver. Unfortunately the Soviet armor is no match for the Germans resulting in an imbalance of the forces affecting the entertainment value of the scenario.
