Be ready to be humbled as the Axis attacker. Sure its 1941, but the 3 T-34s ensure the Axis player must be very careful. As well, beware the 45mm AT guns, they are deadly to German armour at the time.

Very challenging for the Axis, but that is to be expected late in the war. The Germans have the tools to give the Russians a bloody nose, but they have the numbers to absorb a lot of punishment and still prevail.

An artillery spotter for the Axis would balance this scenario a bit. I am tempted to suggest adding a Panther or at least a PZIVG, but then it may tilt it too much for the Axis.
