High density, high action scenario!
The Russian garrison (element of 308.Rifle Div.) at the Dzerhezinsky Tractor Works is cut off. German assault groups (389 Inf. Div.) are poised to take this key position. A few blocks away an element of the Russian's 2.Btn, 37.Guards Infantry has different ideas.
This scenario was painstakingly transfered from a board game with a hex field. For Squad Leader afficionadoes: ranges, LOS, sewer locations and OBs have been respectfully maintained in this effort. Subtle adjustments were made to squad weapons and replacing woods hexes with ruins to add some battlefield dimension, realism and dynamics for the CM engine.
Hopefully this classic tournament scenario will find a new audience with CMBB. Not for single player gaming.
