I am not sure this scenario works well. Huge regiments become evaporated in combats with tiny companies, artillery seems overpowerful, encouraging "ant attacks", there are no fixed-wing aircraft and no replacements ... I am putting "slightly pro NATO" because I won, but actually I find it hard to judge this scenario.
