A great attempt to cover the conflict, theater & period, but heavily tilted into the COSVN favour.

Not suggested for pbem.

Superb scenario by Curt and an amazingly detailed strategic re-creation of the conflict, but pretty much unwinnable hoplessly for SEATO.

The SEATO forces, Americans, Aussies, Koreans and Thais withe Philipinos never showed up. The ARVN were alone. Unless Phil overlooked a theater option, it may have been our common luck in picking all the flawed scenarios. Anybody has had that before?

Great scenario as ever leaving no chance for the allied side if the enemy knows how to manage the disbanding tool in this one and make their NLF local and guerrilla forces constantly on the move.

This time I am reporting the scenario as totally pro VC as it's the 1st time I have played that as the COSVN/NLF and it has finally confirmed my suspicion and estimation I had had after having been defeated as the MACV thrice - this scenario is unwinnable for the SEATO/MACV as long as the NLF player doesn't know what he's doing and even then it is very forgiving towards his mistakes and blunders. But that is a true representation of the situation there and then so be warned. A truly magnificent scenario, the best strategic and operational account of the Vietnam War in TOAW and wargaming in general I know .
