I enjoyed this scenario even though I got smoked. Tried to take the hill with my infantry but took heavy fire and ultimately my Libyans were running away. My tanks were completely destroyed as well as my fuel depots. The scenario ended with Brigade HQ getting hit by Artillery. Make sure you save your BMP's their ATGM Saggers can do a nice job destroying Israeli armor.

I think all of these tourney scenarios favor the IDF to some extent. The Libyans really have trouble unless they are played by the player with a lot more CS experience.

Israel moves first and takes the hill, forcing the Libyans to attack if they want to win (otherwise a draw seems likely)
Resolve then, that on this very ground, with small flags waving and tinny blasts on tiny trumpets, we shall meet the enemy, and not only may he be ours, he may be us. --Walt Kelly

ATGM are very important for the libyens, and try some sniper attack with them
face to face with IDF tanks and you have a nice burning kebab

Small well balanced straight forward scn. where 2 diversly armed camps fight at the foot of a elevated space and ontop of the hill. Only two choices of attack. The Isreali's have more cover on the hill and advantage in terms of where they can hold down their forces and counter attack IMO.

Interesting concept for a scenario, not a bad design.
