9. The Role of Ladder Commanders and the Senior Staff Group (SSG).
Each Ladder is monitored by a Ladder Commander. Their role is to oversee all matters pertaining to their ladder and its forum. A Ladder Commander's word is the LAW on the ladder he oversees but he always works within the ROE and the officer code of conduct. If there is a game result dispute, contact the appropriate Ladder Commander who will rule on the issue. If a post needs to be moderated contact the appropriate Ladder Commander or use the Report feature as outlined in ROE #8.
