13. Loss of Password.
There is a link on the Log In page that allows you to send yourself a new password should you forget it.
Click that link and a new password is then sent to the email address listed on your Profile Page. For this feature to work correctly your profile E-mail address needs to be correct. Remember if the new password does not appear in your inbox, check your email spam/junk folder.
If the new password is not in your email spam/junk folder, then use the Contact Us page https://www.theblitz.club/contact_us/ and an Admin team member will issue a password manually.
