Newbie from germany wants an opponent for winSPWW2 PBEM. Hi all.

Heres the rules I like, what do you think?

Basically I am trying to minimizing zfire, Artillery, and 0 sized units without losing any flexibility in play. Im more than happy to explain why and how. The changes make a defend/delay game a 50/50 proposition. I play any army any time. If you are interested could you please email me at [email protected], hope to see hear from you soon.

​No ammo resupply. Artillery Effectiveness 10% (Surprisingly this makes virtually no difference) No off-board artillery unless Game Mission is Assault or Defend.
Z fire only for HMG/MMG with Game Mission of Defend of Delay, or Satchel Charge.
No 0 sized Scouts, Patrols, Snipers or LMG groups except those already in companies or platoons, unless Game Mission is Defend or Delay.
If Game Mission is Attack, Advance or Meet air sorties set to 1 to be used for a paratrooper/glider drop only (minimum regular Battalion strength). Game Mission of Defend or Delay has Sorties set to 10. Glider formations carry only the units included in their formation when purchased. No Helicopters.
Tank riding only for Russian Tank Desant Troops on T34s.
No Experimental or Prototype kit. No Enemy or Captured kit for UK, US, Japan or Italy. Only Allies kit if already in Nations OOB. No halftracks for Soviet.
Defender/Delayer starts game. Full security. Game length equal to map width, unless meeting. Visibility 74 or less.
1.7 to 1 for Advance, 2.4 to 1 for Attack. Sliding scale for large points games. No purchases from the Direct Support or General Support Menus.
If your Game Mission is Meet, Defend or Delay then no indirect HE fire until after first contact, Unless LOS blocked by smoke.

For side with Morale of 55 set that sides Searching 100%. Rout/Rally 140%.
For side with Morale of 60 set that sides Searching 95%. Rout/Rally 130%.
For side with Morale of 65 set that sides Searching 90%. Rout/Rally 120%.
For side with Morale of 70 set that sides Searching 85%. Rout/Rally 110%.
For side with Morale of 75 set that sides Searching 80%. Rout/Rally 100%.

What do you think? too much? Always open to negotiate these suggestions.  Percy.
