Hello all, it is with a heavy heart I announce the passing of John Pirman this morning. His wife informed me he died of complications with liver and kidney issues. I knew John for many years and chatted regularly with him, he will be missed.

Such a nice guy. Especially sad for all at the Blitz, as John helped out behind the scenes, especially at the CS forum, where he co-moderated and helped with the tournaments.

He had a good life. Time to focus on that and to remember all the great times shared while he was part of it.

Sad news for a first class guy who had such a big impact and did so much. John for sure will be missed........
