Gentlemen !

The pic is from one of the "Screens" folder in the game main
directory.

This 'dinosaur' vs STGIII is found my Scheldt'44 'Screens' folder and
is a random appearance with each game bootup.
There are also other ones.

They seem to be available in the later games like Scheldt'44.

I do not know how to deliberately select one of them as an option
or to be your 'default' screen.

Should have used the Jagpanther for the picture.
Always got a laugh out of the note in the old Panzerblitz supplemental manual that listed the pros and cons of the units about the Jagpanther.
