I forgot
I know I have asked this before but does switching from T mode to deployed count as movement for accruing fatigue in night turns?

Going into T mode will not accrue fatigue as it uses no MPs;  going from T mode to deployed will accrue fatigue as it uses MPs.

Bottom line, anything that uses MPs will result in a) accruing fatigue at night and b) not recovering any fatigue from resting.

RE: I forgot
Some units do use MP's to go into T mode, mainly artillery, AT guns and similar.

I've been burnt by that a few times, playing a delaying game, and waiting until the last moment to limber my guns only to find out I can't move or only have half movement points. Not a good way to lose artillery. Helmet Rolleyes

I recall reading in the rules book that changing formation should not accrue fatigue but it does. jonny

What about digging in? Logic would lead one to believe that digging at night when you could be resting should accrue some sort of fatigue. However according Steel God, night fatigue only becomes a factor when MP are used and digging in doesn't seem to use MP... Doesn't that seem counter intuitive?

Units do accrue fatigue when digging in at night. But you can easily test it out yourself. jonny
