Just a quick question. If you are playing the JTS Panzer campaigns, such as France 40 Gold, and your opponent blows a rail line bridge that you want to use,
if your engineers put up a bridge over that hex, will it still serve as a valid rail line that you can transport RR loaded troops over it?

Nope. Engineers cannot build rail bridges, only "heavy" bridges.
Provided that a certain side has a rail capacity, troops can switch from Rail to Travel-mode, move to the other side of the river across the bridge and switch back to Rail mode in a non-damaged rail hex.
