Japan '46 - Japanese Marine Units
In Japan '46, Japanese marine troops do not behave like units of fanatical nations. For example, they suffer additional losses when they need retreat but have no path to retreat. Is this intended? Or, is this a minor inconsistency because of them being in a different folder/nationality (Hungarian instead of Japanese. In fact, the game itself also shows the VPs of those troops as being Hungarian.)?
