Returning to SP after a long break...

Looking for a game of SPWW2, 

preferably against an experienced player who can show me the ropes and refresh my memory. I'd like a fairly small game that will be a good introduction. I don't mind what countries or sides, I'd prefer to play a Battle than a scenario. 

Would like to to play with "house rules" that avoid "gamey" tactics. happy to discuss and agree these in advance.
