RIP, John Tiller.
Resolve then, that on this very ground, with small flags waving and tinny blasts on tiny trumpets, we shall meet the enemy, and not only may he be ours, he may be us. --Walt Kelly

RE: John Tiller
Very sorry to hear this!

I loved John's games from the first days I laid eyes on them. In my honest opinion he is and always will be a giant in the gaming industry and I will miss him so much!

God bless you John Tiller!!

RE: John Tiller
Very sad news.  He was a genius and a giant in this hobby.  He will be missed.

He was the reason I got into computer gaming more than 25 years ago.  I remember seeing advertisements for his Civil War games from Talonsoft in the Civil War Times magazine.  I was hooked right there.  My first game was Waterloo.  I played into the early morning hours when I got it.  His library of work has come so far since then.

Thank you John.  Rest in Peace.

RE: John Tiller
RIP John,

It was his battleground games, civil war and Napoleon games that got me hooked on computer wargames.

Leading me to CS and this club.

To John!

cheers
