Did Eagle Strike ever get updated with 'X' reliability?

Im asking specifically for the 'X' reliability added to the database as an option".  So that you can set the weapons to not degrade.

Red Victory and Advance of the Reich have this feature added but I dont think it was ever added to the HPS version since its last update was 2008.

It does, just checked my ES game, but as stated, must edit either the dat file or manually edit the weapons in the editor to utilize it. I did this for my AoTR Minor Nations Mod that I will be releasing soon. Found out how to reduce the ridiculous amount of immobilization by movement for vehicles as well.
