c_Question Mark  Vehicle Fire over
What do players think of the vehicle fire over optional rule?

Back in my AI days, I always used the vehicle fire over optional rule. It was the only option I played with; otherwise, I played SB "off the rack."

Since I've been doing PBEM, it's been hard getting used to vehicle fire being blocked by infantry.

RE: Vehicle Fire over
As far as a I can remember I have always been playing my PBEM games with vehicle fire over, activated.

I don't think I have ever played a game with it "off" as it was normally consider a "given" to have it on.

Always on...not sure why it is an optional rule...should be on by design

RE: Vehicle Fire over
Thanks for all the feedback. I'm glad to see folks like this option.

When I play TOC, I usually remember to ask about optional rules. But with SB, from what I've read in the forums, most of the optional rules are not very desirable. So I neglect to ask about them when beginning a PBEM. But this rule, I always liked back when I was playing vs the AI.
