Cannot download upgrades or files onto my hps games.

I have been trying to download the hvh Sicily file to play in the tounament.without success. I have all the original CDs and in the past could do this without any problem . I am now on VISTA 7 and transferred all my hps \files over to my new computer some few months ago and they worked ok but now I cannot seem to get any upgrades into the files even though I reinstall the original cd and start from the original.This happens with Volcanoman, the Blitz and Hps. Would appreciate any advice as I am just average or below with my computer skills. I wonder whether I have a conflict of old drivers or systems. and wonder if anyone else has had this problem.:hamster wheel

Try installing the game somewhere other then in the default location within the Program Folder. For example create C:\HPS and install there. Should work then.
