Minor Map fix for Moscow '42

Hi All,

There is an error in one of the map files that is duplicating the location labels in Moscow. This only affects the #1206_03 Klin-Solnechgorosk Front Offensive scenario.

Please download the attachment and unzip it into your Moscow '42 root directory, overwriting the original version.

Yes it will be in the first patch for Moscow '42, but as a lot of the community visits these boards, I thought it worthwhile to post it here.
