Resources for beginners III : Finding an opponent
That's the easy part :)
Just post here in the forum stating that you're looking for an opponent.

Make sure you specify what you want to play.If you're looking for opponents for a particular scenario state the name of that scenario. If you don't know exactly what to pick, you might start by looking at the scenario stats found in our database:
https://www.theblitz.club/scenarios/Comb...t&game=153

If it's a QB specify the params.

There aren't any club rules regarding played scenarios/QBs but it's best to settle with your opponent what you'll be playing and how, before the game actually starts.

Assuming you found some willing victims, check your opponent's profile.
If he has won 30 games and lost only 2, you might want to play someone nearer your own skill level.

Don't lose hearth if your first games end up in defeat. Playing against a human opponent doesn't come even close to playing against the AI.

Have fun!

RE: Resources for beginners III : Finding an opponent
Last, but not least, for those of you less familiarized with the site... You can view your opponent's profile either by clicking on this name in a forum post/ladder or by going to the Members page and searching for his username using the bottom form:
https://www.theblitz.club/members/

You can contact your opponent,in three ways...(see the below picture)
1) By directly emailing him,if he made his address visible in the profile.
2) By sending him a private message (PM)
3) By sending him an email using the site's interface

Simply post in the forum that you're looking for an opponent. Specify which scenario(s) you want to play or the params of the battle if it's a QB.

What's to say? A very little little let us do. And all is done. Then let the trumpets sound the tucket sonance and the note to mount; For our approach shall so much dare the field that England shall couch down in fear and yield.(Shakespeare,Henry the fifth)

A scenario or quick battle would be fine.
