Help!!!
Hissyfit Napoleonic Simovitch MOD not working!?!?!??!
I hope Richard reads this post because it's happened to many of us who have downloaded John Tiller's BG Napoleonic Series from Matrix Games and it is quite frustrating. This MOD he made is simply amazing and there is TONS of scenarios that the HPS titles haven't even touched on yet for example "The Peninsula War". It's a hidden surprise in all reality.
Unfortunately, after downloading the entire series (takes a good 2 to 3 hours) It's unplayable with the digital download as far as I can tell. I have all the games and scenarios in the right folders and followed the correct process, but once you select a scenario to play from his NIR project you get the following message " There is an error with your serial number as entered. Please contact Support @ Matrixgames.com for help"

The regular game works fine and his newest edition to the series "Invasion of Prussia" also works fine. It seems from reading around, that when this has happened to other people it's because we have done a DIGITAL download and the add on NIR project won't work with it?!?!? You get that message that I posted in the above paragraph.
Any help from anyone who has any idea how to get around this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

RE: Help!!!
I couldn't get the NIR Project mods to work with my Matrix version of NiR that was installed from a CD either.

RE: Help!!!
Check to be sure that you have the folders ( such as Prussia 1806 )for the add on series games inside the "John Tiller battlegrounds Napoleonic wars" folder. If they are outside of that folder you will get the serial number error message.

Hello Havoc

There are some excellent scenarios to be found there....and some that ...well aren't. Some have map or oob problems ,some have balance issues and some don't have any AI scripting. As I posted elsewhere on the forums "The invasion of Prussia" and some fixs to the third coalition battles are Simmovitchs the rest are part of long dead projects like the "Napoleon in Russia project" that was lead by a Frenchman by the name of Jean Marie Barbie back in the late 1990's. I still have the Peninsular war modules installed and can vouch for that one. It is in my opinion definitely worth digging through those modules as there are many Jems to be found there.

Edit: If ya want to fire up a battle let me know
