Introduction:
If you are not a hardcore CM player, stop reading and change to another battle or scenario. This is a large and complex scenario and will take the utmost of both players, to achieve a victory against an also experienced opponent.

Situation:
The Russians are the designers of the airborne concept before WW II, however in the war largescale operations were executed by the German Fallschirmjaeger of general Student and later copied by the Americans and Brittisch troops in their operations in Normandy, Holland and Germany.
In this fictitious scenario Russian Highcommand is launching a veteran Airborne formation behind the German frontline in order to capture the vital bridges (main effort) over the river Bjeloci and destroy as many vital C3 and Logistical installations as possible. Simultaneously a massive mechanized attack is launched by a Mechanized Guard unit in order to penetrate the German frontline and to link up with the Airborne formation deep in the German rear area. The operation is supported by local Partisan units witch received orders to support the regular forces and to scout and delay the response of Axis reserve elements.
The Germans will respond as always and immediately order a Mechanized reserve formation in order to destroy the Russian Airborne units and to restore the former lines behind the river Bjeloci.

Finally, Hurrah was the feared battle cry of the Russian Infantry during World War II and many experienced German trooper starts sweating when hearing the massive Hurrah of the Infantry in their final phase of the attack!
