Pontoon Bridges and Scenario Editor

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble getting pontoon bridges set in scenario editor (WF). It's a hot button, right up top, just like most other "on map" scenario tweaks from IP's to minefields...but when I attempt to lay them on map I get nothing.

You'd think after designing these for some years now I would know if this is a common issue or glitch, but I can't recall anyone bringing this up before.

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

You lay pontoon bridges across full water hexes only.
That's a bit disappointing for your Cobra scenario but I'm sure a moron like yourself can figure it out.
