New version of CMBB Breakout Minsk 41

Newest version of Breakout Minsk is now available.

The CMBB scenario Breakout Minsk 41 has been rebalanced after two PBEM test games. The Germans received some beefing up of forces. This should be the final version. I want to thank PanzerDan for all his help with playtesting. I had a lot of fun with the scenario and hope everyone enjoys!
