bitmap error
Hello Generals.I've started getting an bitmap error and I was wondering if anyone knows what this message means and a way to correct it so my game stops crashing?

Failure to create bitmap surface.
C:\Matrix Games\John Tillers Campaign Series\West Front\SP10525.bit
wf.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Anyhoo I would appreciate any help you could send my way thank you.

One of the planes are missing the outline.

You can look in your West Front folder for an Op10525.bit.

If it is there, copy and paste and then renamie it to Sp10525.bit.

If it is not there, do the same to another Op105###.bit and follow the same procedure as above.

I will have to check my install when I get home.

Yes, you can rename the Op10525.bit to Sp10525.bit and everything should be fine.

RE: bitmap error
I couldn't find the Op10525.bit so I copied and renamed Op10509.bit to Sp10525.bit
Hasn't crashed again and I've played two games.

Thank you:)Cheers,Bruce.
