Launching aircraft about the wind problem
What must i do to launch the planes from an carrier the speed hasnt to be high. Left of the carrier picture you see a green big dot and a plane with a red x.
What must i do please help me step by step please.

the wind direction
When the wind is North-East does with a scenario does the wind comes from the north east in the direction of south-west?
And so the carrier has got wind against too launch planes?
