Collateral objectives
Does someone know offhand if the points for a collateral objective hex are awarded each time the hex is fired upon or are they only awarded the first time it is fired upon?

I believe they are awarded each time a collateral hex is fired on.

I do think that there are instances where the objective doesn't give points, perhaps simulating a 'miss'.
