Modern Wars: Volume I -III

I've been reading around the Matrix sites forum for this game and I keep on hearing about this Modern Wars: Volume I game coming out. I keep reading and I guess it seems like a update to Divided Ground (Middle east+Vietnam). Am I mistaken or is it a totally different game there re-releasing.

Can't seem to wrap my mind around what it is by reading other peoples posts there. Someone got the intel on that here? Seems like a game that would be added to the ladder?

It´s the Matrix remake of that older game with alot of new details and - of course - the new features and rules from the matrix games.
