How can I change the direction of air attack in PBEM bte file ?

As far as I know you cannot. It is random.

Not only is it random, it is part of the abstract nature of air combat in this land based game.
The direction of a plane swooping from the sky to interdict on a 250 meter area is not a concern for the ground units?

Not got a clue but the new version with onboard air you can attack any target you like providing there isnt a lot of AA near the unit your attacking.
