Threads - nuclear war movie
Anyone remember this movie from the 1980s? It was very graphic and if I remember correctly was not shown in the US as it was feared it would upset the people. They then came out with their own "washed" nuclear war movie, The Day After.

Anyway, I found the movie Threads online, free to watch...pretty cool.

Thanks for the link, Chris. I've always intended to look up that landmark movie. And yea, it smacks "The Day After" upside the head.

Not exactly, Godfather. My avatar is from "Dr Strangelove." It's Maj. "King" Kong riding a huge phallic symbol plunging into Laputa missile base, which is Spanish disguised as Russian.

It's everything about me and mine that righteously terrified you and yours, and still does.

You and Babelfish are like gin and tonic, Godfather. ;) I may have to have that made into a tattoo.
