Double Award Ceremony

Double Award Ceremony
I would like to personally award and acknowledge Antoni Chmielowski with the Centurion Medal - Second Class, for his having completed and reported his 100th CS game. An honorable achievement on any ladder.

But what makes this Centurion Award a cut above the rest is that it marks the third time that Toni has achieved the distinction of Centurion Status on a ladder here at the Blitz. The first two were TOAW and Combat Mission. Achieving the Centurion Gold Medal is among the rarest of awards that the Blitz offers. Many players specialize in a game and do extremely well in their chosen field. Many also take the time to learn and master two titles. But rare indeed is the type of player like Toni who learns and masters three series, and stays with them long enough to record 100 games in each. Of the 6000+ members who have wandered in and out of our corner of the internet over our 10 years of history, only two previous players have earned the Blitz Centurion Gold Medal.

I am honored to make Toni the third such recipient. Please take a moment to acknowledge Toni's dedication to our hobby.

 cheers

Wow - that "Centurion, Gold" medal sure as heck looks nice on your ladder profile Toni - looks like I need to broadening my own horizons, wargaming-wise.

Congrats on the achievement. cheers
