It explains everything you ever wanted to know, including stuff like:
How counter-battery works (using flash/bang to calculate distance and triangulation)
The influence of WWI on artillery evolution
Direct fire hit probability for various weapons (even after barrel wear)
Organization, command and control
Barrage concentrations (weights of fire) and their effectiveness
The various roles of artillery
Just full of really good stuff, which will give you a whole new understanding of this branch of the army.
