Vehicle Proximity to Buildings
When maneuvering among buildings take care not to plot the vehicle too close to the building. This may cause the vehicle to automatically redo it's way points and start backing and turning when you least want it to do that, i.e. when engaging the enemy.

Come no closer than vehicle width in general and you should be okay.

RE: Vehicle Proximity to Buildings
Appearances can be deceptive too. The Jagdtiger looks to be the widest vehicle in the game yet manages to squeeze through the gap between two heavy buildings and at one point is inside each building simultaneously. Gun barrel orientation has no effect either as the Tiger pic shows. (The vehicles are shown at scale=realistic).
