I am thinking of buying this game, are there many out here that have it?

When the game came out there was a flurry of games reported and there was a tourney, but since then it has slowed to a trickle with many players waiting for the next title.
Having said that it is a great game and you should be able to find an opponent here without any problem! :)

Well, FWIW, we are now actively working on the next of the Series - no oidea when it will be done as we do not work toward release dates, but I've a feeling this time we'll work til we finish this next one.

Thats music to my ears. This is a fab system and I can't wait till the next release, whatever front it is.

just installed the game, looks very good and the sound effects are a joy to hear:-)..

One question which I cant find is Art fire , can they fire if so how do you get them to?

There is no fire in the game - everything is a plain attack by units, including artillery. There are strict stacking limits for attacks also, but multiple attacks can, and in some cases must, be used. Artillery, though, is not counted against the attacker stacking limit.
