I paid for 7 HPS Civil War and Napoleonic games from Jeffery88 a year ago and never received anything. After agreeing to make some kind of partial refund, he no longer answered my emails. Has anyone else had a simular experience with this individual?

There was a big discussion about this on the HPS Ops forum a while back. Unfortunately, I guess you weren't the only one screwed over by this guy.

Yes, some people got money back i believe, it was never totally clear if he did this deliberately or just was totally incompetent, either way you lost out :angry:
