winSPWW2: Studzianki 1944
August 14, 1944...

To the south of Warsaw, where a savage uprising is raging, Soviet forces have established a bridgehead across the Wisla river near Magnuszew. German forces including the Hermann Goering and 19th Panzer Divisions are brought up to throw the Soviets back across the river. Meanwhile the Polish 1st Tank Brigade reinforce the Soviets in the vicinity of Studzianki village...

I'll play either side...

Not really, I'm not a great believer human vs human scenarios ;)
- but I like to base my PBEM games on actual battles - what I do is I use a custom map and model my forces on realistic OOBs, it adds a little spice IMHO.

Scenarios - well, I like to deploy my forces myself... :)

I like the idea of this battle (guess what- I would go for Poles :), but I hate to browse thru OOBs and pick up forces. So, if you feel like that, you can tell me what units shall I buy (and let me know which you bought) we can have it as 'sort of scenario' and you can still deploy your forces.

...or leave the selection of forces to the AI - least trouble for everyone... :)

Ulf, I tried it several times - never worked out.
But we can try and test how AI works in this version.
All slots free.

RE: winSPWW2: Studzianki 1944
if you accept VERY irregular rate of sending turns, that is.

RE: winSPWW2: Studzianki 1944
Turn rate not a problem...

I've played a couple of games where the AI selected the forces, can be pretty fun - you gotta make do with what you're given... :)

Set a game up - it'll probably be pretty big - if you'd like to do something smaller that's cool but it'd like to see first if everything works OK with having the AI selecting the forces.

I could play if you need another player. I'd like the soviets.
