Looking for a COW opponent: pre-1945

I've been absent for a while and I would like to get back some practice. I'll play anything pre-1945, any side, any size or level of complexity but preferably nothing that exceeds 30-35 turns. COW ver. 1.04. Time Zone: GMT +2 (Berlin). Rate of play: 3-5 turns per week.
