New matrix for ranks online?

Gentlemen,

I checked my member page today and realized, that I was degraded from Fieldmarshal to 1st Lt.
Looking at the ladder, it showed that we currently have no General in our Army!:chin:
Gentlemen, it is time to fill the upper ranks again!
