had same problem file was not a valid zip file would not let me unzip it

Interesting stuff indeed. Will require much time to digest the effects on play.
Artillery has crazy low hard attack factors. This will have a big effect on bunker-busting, right?
Tigers: range of three; Flak 88s: range of four (!). Longer range tank guns (including assault guns) are useful for bunker-busting.
I notice air attack factors are unchanged.
Flammpanzers: good for assault only.
