(misc.cpp, Line.1776,logit.0) Frontend.logfile open error

My opponent recieves this error message tryng to open RS.  His WF and EF works. 

He has tried re-install no luck. What files could he be missining

I can play scenarios no problem just
the  e-mail games won't work?
