I was unable to contact Pijus. Dog Soldier stepped in, and we have begun commenced hostilities.

Iceman (axis) and akilpio (allied) have completed - the result was an allied minor victory with 717 points.

Unofortunately, my opponent had to discontinue the game midway through. We agreed to report the result as it was when the battle was halted.

Giorgiobeacco (Axis) v. SvenDuuva (Allied): Allied Minor victory with 509 points (after 15 turns).

Should we (or should we not) automatically upgrade if a new patch is released while a round is in play?

We didn't do so in the Winter Operations tournament and that seems like a good solution this time around as well.

Updating if a patch was released before the start date of a round was mandatory, but installing an update when a round was in progress was to be delayed.

All games must be completed with the patch available at the start of the round. If a new patch is issued while the Round is in progress, do not upgrade until after the round.

I've tried reaching out to PijusMagnificus without luck. I am assuming he is out of the tournament.

If there is anyone out there that wants to join this tournament starting Round 3, please post here or send me a private message.

LordDeadwood/Dog Soldier, having someone already in the tournament fill in for another player is an interesting solution to the dropping out problem. In fact, if I can't find another entrant for Round 3, I may consider this solution. Dog Soldier can only score Tournament Points in his scheduled pairing, and cannot collect Tournament Points for playing this game. LordDeadwood gets Tournament Points based on the result.

One other note, if we were to use this solution, the entrant filling in would have to be from the same team. Fortunately, Dog Soldier and PijusMagnificus are on the same team.

Same team, absolutely. Would rather another player join tourney if one could be found. Maybe even if it was one player for each battle when it is time. One other solution could be awarding points that is an average of his team for a bye round.

Thank you for clarifying
