With apologies, I just realised I had provided the download link for missing bit files zip files pointing to an older version, with just French and UK bit files added. A few US airplane bit files were missing from there.

This is the correct zip files, v2 per the original text. I have updated the links in my previous posts, but to make things less complicated, here is the correct link once for the patch#2:
